By using the bhaggo live website and its associated mobile application, you are automatically deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between bhaggo live and each of its registered members.

Each individual is permitted only one account on bhaggo live. If a person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be terminated and the funds in them may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration — including name, phone number, email, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. bhaggo live reserves the right to close any account created using false information, at any time.

• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Transferring or renting your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• A copy of your National ID card or passport may be requested for account verification.

Members who wish to close their account may contact the support team. In such cases, any existing balance will be eligible for withdrawal, provided it does not violate any applicable rules.

Bhaggo live supports deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.

Funds will only be returned to the registered mobile number. Withdrawals to third-party numbers are not permitted. Withdrawals exceeding BDT 5,000 will not be processed without verification.

All bets placed on bhaggo live are considered final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless we ourselves identify an error.

• The minimum stake per bet is BDT 10. Maximum stakes vary depending on the market and event.

• If a match is abandoned or postponed and does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be voided.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds at the time of bet confirmation will apply.
• If coordinated betting patterns are detected across multiple accounts, all associated bets may be voided.
• The cash-out feature is available on selected markets and is subject to bhaggo live's discretion.

Bhaggo live takes a firm stand against match fixing and any form of misconduct. If a member is suspected of involvement in such activities, their account will be investigated and may be permanently closed.

Bonus offers on bhaggo live are subject to specific wagering requirements. Each bonus carries its own terms, which are displayed at the time of activation.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. The required wagering amount must be completed first.
• The wagering requirement is typically 5 to 20 times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will expire.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• To receive a referral bonus, the referred person must successfully register and make a deposit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bhaggo live. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Participating in match fixing or any other form of misconduct.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
• Harassing or engaging in harmful behaviour toward other members.

Any complaints regarding a bet or transaction must be reported to our support team within 72 hours of the incident. Complaints submitted after this window may not be accepted.

Bhaggo live reviews every complaint with equal care and aims to resolve it within 5 business days. Complex cases may take longer, but the member will be kept informed of progress throughout.

Bhaggo live strives to provide the best possible service; however, we will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• When a transaction is delayed due to a failure on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• If account information is compromised due to the member's own negligence.
• Service disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure events.
• When a withdrawal fails due to incorrect information provided by the member.

Under any circumstances, bhaggo live's maximum liability to a member shall be limited to the balance available in that member's account.

Bhaggo live reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violating any provision of these terms and conditions.
• When involved in fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If an account is closed due to reasons other than rule violations, any existing balance will be refunded. However, if a breach of rules is proven, the entire balance may be forfeited.
